The villa is very comfortable and I especially appreciated the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed and en-suite. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the appliances such as TV, washing machine and dryer were great quality.
Pool very relaxing especially on chill out days plus location perfect for anyone visiting the theme parks. If you are regularly visiting Florida like us then the villa is situated just off the 192 near Medieval Times dinner show which is really central to all attractions.

We stayed at this lovely villa for Easter 2023. We had a great time, and found the villa ideally located close to the 192, great for Walmart & all the many food options. Our children loved the Terra Verde resort facilities and made use of the volleyball and basketball whilst we enjoyed the pool bar. The resort is well maintained and secure. There is everything you could need provided in the villa, lots of space and also plenty of towels for the pool/waterparks. We opted for pool heat which was wonderful, I have never been in such a warm swimming pool (perfect if you don\'t enjoy cool pools, like us!) Dawn made everything so easy, and gave us lots of info prior to arrival, which was great as we only arrived at 10.30pm. We have stayed in 3 villas in Orlando, in different areas, but found this the best location of all (We did Seaworld/Universal). We would highly recommend this villa, and wouldn\'t hesitate to return. We stayed at Palm View Villa, Terra Verde Resort for the Christmas holidays from 23 December 2016 to 5 January 2017. we rented the lovely villa from Dawn and Ros, who were fantastic throughout. We are a family of 6 but the villa would comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is a very spacious bungalow in a lovely spot not very overlooked, in the very safe, gated resort of Terra Verde. The villa has a huge open plan living and dining area decorated to a very high standard with all the contents in excellent condition and wifi included. There is a lovely pool with the villa and the patio door leading to the pool has safety bars which prevents little ones getting to the pool area without supervision which is a great safety feature. All the appliances at Palm View Villa are practically new and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds are in tip top condition as was all the bed linen and towels. It really was an excellent find, it is far better than we expected, the pictures do not do it justice. The garage is converted into a games room with table tennis and a pool table which my son adored, it also has brand new washing machine and tumble dryer. All three bathrooms are very well appointed and spotlessly clean with hairdryers provided.
Terra Verde is a beautiful resort with a lovely club house, gym, tiki bar and communal pool, being a manned gated resort it is very safe for children and all the staff on site are very pleasant and helpful.
The villa is ideally situated for Disney and Universal being no more than 15 minutes drive to any Disney Park and a few minutes more to Universal. The Premium Outlets are a 20 minute drive away and there are many restaurants, Walmart and a fantastic Publix within a 5 minute drive. It is under an hour to the Kennedy Space Centre.
I cannot praise Palm View Villa enough and would have no hesitation recommending this villa to anyone looking for a base in Orlando.

We have just returned from what can only be described as a truly magical holiday at Palm View Villa and Terra Verde resort.
The villa is just superb! It has got everything that you would have at home and more.
Location for us was key and Palm View is just where we wanted to be.
10 minutes to Disney and 15-20 minutes to Universal.
All your food restaurants are literally 5-10 minutes away and the supermarket is 5 minutes away.
The villa was immaculate and well kept. The pool was just heaven after a day a the parks and for a morning dip.
Just a truly great place to stay.
I would and already have recommended Palm View Villa.

We are back from our holidays and we all had the most amazing time.
The villa was wonderful, the kids loved it, they were either in the pool, in the games room or making use of the wifi.
The beds were so comfy, we don\'t usually sleep very well when we are way but the bed was so comfy we did.

Book with confidence. Palm View is a relaxing home from home, there was nothing we could say \'I wish it had .....\'. My husband and I stayed late November early December so we booked pool heat - oh how relaxing that was after a leisurely breakfast, a day shopping or parks, or even an evening swim made possible by the illuminated pool. I would recommend that you spend a little time reading the very informative info guide, complied by Ros and Dawn the owners, believe me it\'s worth it even if you have been to Florida before. We stayed at Palm View in Sept 2013, what an excellent choice we made, the villa was a pleasure to come back to every day, it is modern, spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. From the pool with its morning suntrap to the games room every room was perfect. I will definitely be recommending Palm View to my friends and relatives. I dealt with Ros (owner) regarding booking and details and she could not have been more helpful and a true pleasure to deal with. With regard to the resort, Terra Verde is a great place for couples and families alike, with the 24 hour security you feel very safe indeed and the facilities on terra verde are excellent. The location is ideal with just a short drive to the shops, restaurants and of course the parks. Sadly we had to come home, but we have some great memories of our stay at Palm View. We have just spent the middle week of a 3 week holiday touring around the United States and this is our second time in Orlando. The villa is really well located and the Terra Verde resort is excellent. We have 2 boys aged 12 and 17 and the facilities both in the villa and resort are second to none, we also noticed that there is a distinct lack of properties for sale here and this spoke volumes as clearly its a place of choice to live. We have just returned from a fabulous week staying at Palm View Villa. Dawn was very helpful with all aspects of our vacation planning. She was extremely efficient and always answered our emails promptly. Upon arrival the villa gave us a real WOW factor, and this continued throughout the week as we enjoyed staying there. The villa was of high quality and exceptionally clean and very well equipped, every little detail had been thought of. We really enjoyed the pool and the games room was a nice touch too. Terra Verde resort is superb and it felt very secure indeed. The resort facilities were first class. I wanted to be very sure that Palm View Villa was legitimate so I asked Dawn and several guests here many questions before I booked our stay (late March, 2009). I did a lot of online sleuthing too. It was well worth it. The house was a wonderful deal, especially compared to staying at WDW and it was so close to come home for lunch and a nap. Made it much easier to head back to Disney and deal with the crowds and stay up late for fireworks, etc. The Villa was beautiful, very clean and very welcoming. I couldn\'t believe how many details have been thought through. We noticed plastic pumpkins for trick-or-treating at Halloween, a tree for guests staying over at Christmas, pool floats, nice plastic stemware for using around the pool, etc. And there were even some special touches that obviously were left just for us! We loved the design of the house, especially the bathroom with a door to the pool. My 11-year-old became much more comfortable with swimming during our vacation, which I know wouldn\'t have happened if we\'d been sharing a big pool with lots of splashing kids at Disney! My daughter and son-in-law and my older son came from across the country for this family vacation. There was plenty of room for people to have privacy and plenty of space when we wanted to be together so it worked out very well. The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped--we even threw a double birthday luau party while there! The game room in the garage was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and a great place for brotherly bonding. We noticed lots of movies, books and other entertainment but never had time to use them. The resort felt safe, quiet and wonderful. We took a morning run one day and checked out the clubhouse facilities and pool there. My only regret was not staying longer because we enjoyed the Villa and resort as much as we did Disney World and would have loved to have spent more time \"at home”, as we referred to ii while in Florida. I\'ve read mostly positive reviews about Terre Verde overall but I have to say, travelers\' experiences seem to be most affected by the homeowners. Our trip was top-notch because of Dawn and Ros. You couldn\'t ask for more gracious hosts! If prospective guests have questions, please feel free to e-mail me. It greatly helped to ease my mind to hear from travelers who had already stayed at Palm View Villa and I am happy to reassure others in turn. Thanks so much Dawn and Ros! Last time Paul and I were in Florida we stayed just off International Drive - I was so stressed I felt I needed a holiday when we came home, but, not this time. Have just nicely returned from a very hectic 1 week stay in Orlando at Dawn and Ros\'s villa at Terra Verde. I would like to let potential renters know that you will be staying in a very nice peaceful location, far enough away from the busy day crowds but close enough for all parks, shopping and dining out, the facilities at Terra Verde Resort are also a nice addition as opposed to staying at a villa only let. The layout of the villa was perfect for our 2 family of 4 needs, large shared dining, sitting and pool areas whilst the double master bedroom and bathroom arrangement afforded each family their own private space. With regard to equipment and \'home touches\' there is everything you need provided at this first class villa and more!

We stayed at this beautiful Villa in November 2005 and had what we can only describe as the holiday of a lifetime. The Villa is first class with everything you can possible want (and more!!) Everything was beautifully maintained and a lot of thought had gone into the facilities on offer. We are in our 70s and will never stay in a hotel in Florida again. Terra Verde Resort\'s location is excellent. We have never driven in Florida before and the easy access to the parks really made a difference - only 10 minutes to Disney\'s main gate! What a great place to stay. The property was as advertised, and fitted out to a high standard. The kids enjoyed the pool, table tennis and playstation. We all enjoyed our holiday in the Orlando area and this was made better by staying at Roz and Dawn\'s execellent property. We will be back.

We spent a wonderful two weeks here. The villa is well equipped, spacious and superbly maintained. The information we received from Dawn and Ros on booking, and later via a pack in the villa, was much appreciated. The location is ideal ? peaceful woodland surroundings (a family of cranes regularly strutted past the pool area) yet conveniently close to major routes and the Disney attractions. All facilities including a choice of supermarkets are only a few minutes away. This is a real home from home and we would certainly like to stay here again. Highly recommended. We had a great week at the villa. The accommodation was great and as described. No problems with check in. Kids loved access to the pool, although we did go to the community pool once as well. Weather was great (some rain one day only). Villa was well maintained, clean, and as nice and spacious as described before we arrived. Our family of 5 plus another couple fit just fine. We will come again.
